These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website surtiherrajes.com and any related services provided by Surti Hardware Supply Co. ("Company," "we," "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.
2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for reference. We reserve the right to correct any errors, modify prices, or discontinue products without notice. Trade pricing is reserved for verified business accounts.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline or limit any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only when we send you a shipment confirmation.
4. Payment
We accept major credit cards, ACH and approved net-terms (for established trade accounts). All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Sales tax is applied where required.
5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments promptly and report damage within 48 hours of delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surti Hardware Supply Co. and its officers, employees and agents against any claims arising from your misuse of products or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
